Workforce training is designed to provide training in a non-credit format for individuals and businesses. Courses are designed to meet specific training requirements of the company or the organization. This training may be in one or more of the following areas:
- training for workers on new equipment or processes.
- retraining for workers who must move to other positions within the firm/company.
- training to increase productivity, enhance skills, and gain knowledge and experience that may lead to a wage gain.

Advanced Career Training Online
Flexible, self-paced, non-credit certificate programs to help you start a new career or advance within your current occupation. Complete your program with a passing score and earn a certificate of completion from Holmes Community College. Some courses include a voucher to sit for the certification exam.

Skill Building, Continuing Education, and Enrichment
Affordable, convenient, and short, these fundamental courses are designed to hep you build personal and professional skills. These courses are non-credit, but CEUs may be awarded when you successfully complete the course.
Two ways to learn: Instructor-moderated courses start monthly and allow you to study and interact with a cohort over a six-week schedule. Complete the lessons on your own time; you do not have to be logged in during a set time or when lessons are released. Self-guided courses provide access to all lessons immediately with up to three months to complete.
