Holmes Community College provides seven dormitories for its resident students on the Goodman Campus. All residence halls have two to three floors with bathroom facilities that are community, suite style, or private. All dormitories are equipped with free wireless internet service and free cable television. The college is capable of providing residence for approximately 564 students.
All dormitories on the Goodman Campus are completely full at this time, according to Housing Director Terry Fancher.
Room assignments for Fall 2017 have been made, and any students who have submitted room applications will be placed on a waiting list. To be considered for a room assignment after classes begin and space becomes available, students must check with the Housing Office in the Lorance Student Center to see if space has opened. To be considered for a room, students on the waiting lists must be enrolled in at least 15 or more hours.

All dormitories on the campus of Holmes Community College in Goodman will officially open for students to begin staying overnight at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 13.
Residents will be allowed to move in their belongings only, the week before classes begin, which will be Aug. 7 through Aug. 11, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. only each day. Students must report to the Student Housing Office in the Lorance Student Center to pick up dorm IDs and room keys.
As a reminder, no students will be allowed to stay overnight until Aug. 13, beginning at 2 p.m., when all dorms officially open.
Also, no students will be allowed to move in their belongings if not registered for at least 15 or more hours showing in our computer system.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN BELONGINGS ON SATURDAY, AUG. 12, BUT MAY DO SO ON SUNDAY, AUG. 13, BEGINNING AT 2 P.M., IF HE/SHE WAS UNABLE TO DURING THE WEEK.
This two-story dormitory houses 136 male students. Rooms are divided into seventeen suites with eight students assigned to each of the four rooms. Community bathrooms are shared in each suite.
This residence hall houses 60 female students on two floors. Each room has a private bathroom. This is one of the newer dorms on campus which is less than ten years old. This dormitory also has two rooms fully equipped for handicapped students and two rooms for hearing and vision impaired students as well.
This is a two-story dormitory that houses 70 male students with community showers and bathrooms.
This residence hall is our oldest dormitory that houses approximately 50 female students. Bathroom facilities are community although a few rooms have private showers. This dormitory has three floors which includes a basement.
This two-story building accommodates 34 male students in single rooms. Bathrooms are suite style with four students to each suite.
This residence hall houses 60 male students on two floors. Each room has a private bathroom. This is one of the other newer dorms on campus which is less than ten years old. This dormitory also has two rooms fully equipped for handicapped students and two rooms for hearing and vision impaired students, as well.
This dormitory is the largest residence hall on campus and houses 154 female students on two floors. Bathrooms are in suite style with four students to a suite. There are also three apartment rooms that house two students each with private baths.
