Electronics Technology is an instructional program that prepares individuals to support electrical engineers and other professionals in the design, development, and testing of electrical circuits, devices, and systems. Included is instruction in model and prototype development and testing; systems analysis and integration, including design, development of corrective and preventive maintenance techniques; application of engineering data; and the preparation of reports and test results.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Electronic Technology program is to offer each student the opportunity to gain competency in the field of Electronics and to gain problem-solving and reasoning skills. The educational subject matter is current and relevant to the students. Each student gains competency through a supportive learning environment built in discovery.
