Workforce - Continuing Education

Continuing Education, Outreach, and

Community Enrichment Programs

Holmes Community College has a stated mission that includes providing innovative educational and cultural opportunities for the constituencies it serves. This task is met by offering courses and events with outreach and special learning opportunities other than academic and career-technical programs.

Continuing education is an organized event or course that provides non-academic credit activities for participants such as enrichment experiences, workshops, short courses, certificate courses, training, life-long learning, leisure learning, etc. K-12 teachers are able to find numerous year-round re-certification training opportunities by choosing those courses that issue continuing education units (CEUs). A reasonable fee is charged for all of these activities. If a person cannot find the time to come to our brick and mortar buildings, he/she can take one of our online short-term courses found here: http://www.ed2go.com/holmescc/

Please visit us often to find out what is going on in your community or call one of our workforce coordinators listed that serves your area.
