Student Support Services - Tutoring

The Peer Tutoring program is a FREE academic support service for Student Support Services participants. This program offers free peer tutoring in requested courses each semester. Tutors and tutees meet each week for one-one-one and/org group tutoring in the Career Center, or in the library if meeting after 3:30 pm. Our Tutors are carefully selected students who have achieved a high level of success in the course or discipline in which they are tutoring. All tutoring is subject to tutor availability.

How to receive peer tutoring services
  • Pick up and complete a Tutor Request Form from the Tutor Coordinator in the Career Center in the Computer Technology building.
  • Provide a complete schedule of times you would be available for tutoring, and include all contact telephone number and/or email address.
  • Review the peer tutoring policies and sign tutee agreement prior to first tutoring session
