Freshman Housing Application

To submit a housing application, please complete the form below or click here for a printable version.  (*) denotes a required field.  All applicable fields must be filled out in order for your housing application to be accepted.

  • A $50 housing fee will be charged to your student account upon assignment of a room. The Business Office will bill you for this amount.
     
  • Beginning fall 2009, all resident students must be enrolled in a minimum of 15 semester hours to live in campus housing.
     
  • Roommate and dormitory assignments will be made according to your request on a first-come first-served basis.
     
  • If a roommate preference is requested, the information regarding dormitory preference must match exactly meaning that both roommates must list the same dormitory preferences in the same order.
     
  • A Minimum GPA of 1.75 for two semesters is required for dormitory residency.
     
  • As of June 3, 2009, all dormitories are filled to capacity. The waiting list number for women is at 150 and the number for the men’s list is at 100. Please be mindful that you will be added to the waiting list should you complete this housing application and will be informed by mail what number you will be on the list and how the process works. Thank you for your interest in Holmes Community College dormitory housing.
     
  • Out-of-state students who are not attending Holmes Community College on athletic scholarship will not be housed on campus. Dormitories are closed on weekends except to out-of-state athletes on scholarship. Please do not submit a housing application if you do not fit into this category of future student. We apologize, but you application will be denied.
