Holmes Community College is an institution that fits perfectly into my life-long goals of my own architectural firm, which will enable me to design projects worldwide.
At Holmes, I am able to get the experience needed to become a great leader and designer. I am president of both Phi Theta Kappa and Skills USA. Serving in this capacity allows me to establish the skills needed to be a great leader.
Faculty and staff work well together to give students opportunity to get experience for their specific major. The engineering department has been redesigning classrooms and proposing new projects for the future of the school. Holmes realizes that the best learning tool is first-hand experience. This school is exceptional in recognizing students who dedicate themselves to excel in every aspect.

A clean environment, beautiful landscape, helpful faculty and staff, fun activities, great food, friendships that last a lifetime, and a down-home feeling --- these are just a few of the qualities that make Holmes Community College in Goodman a one-of-a-kind campus.
My future plans are to become a doctor. Even though Holmes is a two-year college, I chose to attend because of the pre-medical/biological science curriculum that is offered. In every class that I have taken my teachers have challenged me, but they are always there to help me succeed.
I always encourage graduating seniors in our surrounding area to make Holmes their first choice when deciding where to go to college. I know it’s a decision I will always be glad that I made.
