The Housing Office processes all housing applications and makes room assignments for Holmes Community College. It also ensures that students follow housing rules and regulations and that residence halls are kept in good condition and repair.
The Department of Housing seeks to provide a comfortable, safe living environment for its on-campus residents with adequate and affordable dormitory accomodations. The Department also strives to meet individual student needs in a manner that will enhance and accelerate his or her educational growth, development and achievement.

Holmes Community College Dormitories
Holmes Community College provides seven dormitories for its resident students on the Goodman campus. All residence halls have two to three floors with bathroom facilities that are community, suite style, or private. All dormitories are equipped with free wireless internet service and free cable television. The college is capable of providing residence for approximately 575 students.
Attala Hall - This two-story dormitory houses 136 male students. Rooms are divided into seventeen suites with eight students assigned to each of the four rooms. Community bathrooms are shared in each suite.

Choctaw Hall - This residence hall houses 60 female students on two floors. Each room has a private bathroom. This is one of the newer dorms on campus which is less than ten years old. This dormitory also has two rooms fully equipped for handicapped students and two rooms for hearing and vision impaired students as well.

Cook Hall – This is a two-story dormitory that houses 70 male students with community showers and bathrooms.
Grenada Hall – This residence hall is our oldest dormitory that houses approximately 50 female students. Bathroom facilities are community although a few rooms have private showers. This dormitory has three floors which includes a basement.

Motel Hall – This two-story building accommodates 34 male students in single rooms. Bathrooms are suite style with four students to each suite.

Webster Hall – This residence hall houses 60 male students on two floors. Each room has a private bathroom. This is one of the other newer dorms on campus which is less than ten years old. Yazoo Hall – This dormitory is the largest residence hall on campus and houses 150 female students on two floors. Bathrooms are in suite style with four students to a suite. There are also three apartment rooms that house two students each with private baths.
