You must schedule your proctored test appointment through this web site.  Please click on the link below to start the process.   Online Proctored Test schedule.

  1. The instructor, in advance, is responsible for planning and communicating with the students and designated proctor contacts the "window of time" for testing, the duration of each test, the type of identification the student will need and a list of materials and/or equipment the students are allowed to use. The instructor will transport the test to the proctor contacts at least 24 hours prior to the "window of time." Proctored tests may be in the form of computerized Blackboard tests or paper tests.

  2. The student, in advance, is responsible for contacting a proctor so that a test date appointment can be made. The student can find a listing of contacts throughout the state here. The student must be prompt in attendance and present the requested identification document. The student must abide by the regulations of the testing center. Cheating in any form will not be tolerated. Should cheating occur, the student will be dismissed from the testing center, and the student will receive a "Zero" grade on the test and may be withdrawn from the class. If a student does not show up for the test at the time of the appointment, a blank test will be returned to the instructor, with a zero grade recorded.

  3. The proctor contact is responsible for receiving the test and providing secure equipment and other physical facilities for the student to take the test. The proctor contact must identify the student from the designated document of identification (usually a driver's license or student ID). The proctor contact is also responsible for monitoring and applying the teacher’s test administration rules. The proctor contact is responsible for transporting the completed test to the instructor. The proctor will not provide any additional assistance while taking the test. Tests will be administered at the convenience of the proctor contact and testing center.
