Bulldogs fall to the Wildcats 82-59

POPLARVILLE --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell to 3-3 on the season here Thursday night with an 82-59 loss to the Wildcats of Pearl River Community College.
Anthony Jones led the Bulldogs with 17 points while Clyde Moore had 15 and Jonathan Ratliff had 13.
The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday versus Arkansas Baptist in Little Rock. They then participate in the Atlanta Metro Classic in Atlanta on Nov. 27-28. The Bulldogs play Atlanta Metro at 6 p.m. on Friday and Georgia Perimeter at 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Bulldogs defeat Wolves, 68-62

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College men`s basketball program went to 3-2 on the season with a 68-62 win over the Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln Community College.
Jonathan Ratliff led the Bulldogs with 16 points while Gabe Osagie followed with 12 and Anthony Jones had 11.
The Bulldogs travel to Poplarville on Thursday to play the Wildcats of Pearl River Community College. Game time is 7 p.m.

Bulldogs defeat Warriors, 86-78

DECATUR --- The Holmes Community College men`s basketball team went to 2-2 on the season here Thursday night with an 86-78 win over East Central Community College.
Clyde Moore led the Bulldogs with 26 points while Anthony Jones had 19 and Jonathan Ratliff had 11. Holmes led 39-27 at halftime.
The Bulldogs play the Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln Community College at 8 p.m. Monday.

Bulldogs fall to Wildcats; go to 1-2

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs went to 1-2 on the season here Monday night after falling to the Wildcats of Pearl River Community College, 72-69.
Anthony Jones led the Bulldogs with 22 points while Jonathan Ratliff had 13.
The Bulldogs play the Warriors of East Central Community College at 8 p.m. Thursday in Decatur.

Bulldogs fall to Hinds Community College Bulldogs, 84-83

UTICA --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell to the Hinds Community College Bulldogs here Thursday night, 84-83.
Anthony Jones led the Bulldogs with 28 points while Jonathan Ratliff had 20 and Gabe Osagie had 12. Hinds led 46-38 at the half.
The Bulldogs host the Pearl River Wildcats at 7 p.m. Monday.

Bulldogs open 2009 season with a win

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College men`s basketball team opened the 2009-10 campaign off with a 78-69 win over East Central Community College here Monday night.
The Bulldogs led 33-31 at halftime. Jonathan Ratliff led the Bulldogs in scoring with 27 points while Anthony Jones followed with 20.
The Bulldogs travel to Hinds Community College in Utica for a 7 p.m. contest with the Hinds Bulldogs.
